When I take the 3 downtown Saturday mornings to Kung Fu and the Farmers' Market, (where I have to hold Zufan a lot so she doesn't run off somewhere) I am ridiculously exhausted. If I ever have her for an entire day without her dad pitching in, I just about die. Really. Parenting is WORK. You are on top of it! Even though DD can walk, she still much prefers accompaniment on most endeavors.<br /><br />I've found taking a daily dose of Fish oil helps my creaky joints and is a general mood elixir.
